At the “First Step” fan meeting, fans were in for a treat as the upcoming “Love Sick 2024” unveiled its official trailer ahead of its September release. The trailer rekindles nostalgia with fresh faces taking on the iconic roles of Phun and Noh, illustrating the budding romance between the two.
The story kicks off with the music club’s budget being cut, forcing Noh and his team to seek assistance from the student council. Phun is roped into pretending to be Noh’s boyfriend to convince his BL-obsessed little sister, Pang, and appease their father. As Phun and Noh spend more time together under this pretense, their relationship begins to grow deeper and more genuine.
The trailer also introduces a host of new characters who promise to add richness and complexity to the narrative.

‘Love Sick 2024’ is the highly anticipated reboot of the beloved Thai BL series ‘Love Sick: The Series,’ originally aired in 2014. This new rendition stars Progress Passawish Thamsungkeeti as Phun and Almond Poomsuwan Suwansatit as Noh. Set in the all-boys Friday College, the drama follows Noh, the music club president, and Phun, the student council vice president. To avoid this, he convinces his sister Pang, an avid BL fan, that he already has a boyfriend. When Noh’s music club faces financial difficulties, he seeks help from Phun. Phun agrees on the condition that Noh pretends to be his boyfriend, a plan which not only secures the funding but also brings them closer together. Initially starting as a facade, their relationship soon blossoms into genuine affection.
