The movie that premiered at Tokyo Theaters last July 13, “Heavens x Candy (ヘヴンズ×キャンディ),” starring AV actor Mukai Riku and Taisei, will premiere on GagaOOLala on October 2.
This highly anticipated film explores the convergence of love, fantasy, and desire, captivating audiences with its compelling storyline and the palpable chemistry between the main actors.
With Shun Yuki, Takuya Matsumoto, Yasushi Takemoto, Shinra Bansho, Eri Kato, and others in the cast, Mukai plays Towa and Taisei plays Tensho. The film was directed by Daisuke Yamanouchi, a Japanese filmmaker who has worked in mainstream film, pink film, straight-to-video V-cinema, and adult videos (AV).
Yamauchi wrote the script for the limited-run television series “Heaven x Candy,” which airs from July 13 to July 26. This is the fourth BL film from the original “OP PICTURES+” label production.
The movie is a beautiful love story about a shy guy who falls in love with an AV actor he met through fan activities. Hibiki Takato, a 2D otaku with a reclusive nature, enters a cafe that is a holy place in the movie on his way home from a fan event for the popular anime series “Heavens x Candy” but forgets his wallet and leaves without paying. Amemiya Towa, a well-known AV actor who happened to be in the store for the same purpose, paid the bill on his behalf. The next day, Takato came to the business to pay and met Towa. After visiting the lighthouse on the “heavens x candy” holy land tour, Towa proposed that the two visit another sacred location, a love hotel. Towa admitted that he is an AV actor. Takato also explained why he got close.
“Heavens x Candy” promises to enthral spectators with its distinct narrative and audacious performances as GagaOOLala expands its diversified material range.
