Welcome to Boys Love Cafe Hub (the “Service”), a community website dedicated to news, discussions, and entertainment about Boys Love (BL) series, movies, and digital content. These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the Service, provided by Boys Love Cafe Hub (“we,” “us,” or “our”).

2.3 License to Boys Love Cafe Hub

3. Community Guidelines and Prohibited Uses
You agree not to use the Service for any purpose that is prohibited by these Terms or by applicable law. Prohibited activities include, but are not limited to:
- Harassment and Abuse: Engaging in any conduct that is abusive, harassing, threatening, discriminatory, or intimidating toward any other user.
- Hate Speech: Posting content that promotes violence, illegal acts, or hatred against any group.

- Explicit Material: Posting or linking to any content, including fan fiction, artwork, or graphic images, that is explicitly sexual or overtly sexually suggestive. The community is intended to be Safe For Work (SFW) and focused on discussion and fan work that respects these boundaries.
- Copyright Infringement: Posting content that you do not have the right to post, including links to illegal streams or pirated BL content.
- Impersonation: Impersonating any person or entity or falsely stating or otherwise misrepresenting your affiliation with a person or entity.
- Security Violations: Attempting to interfere with, compromise the system integrity or security, or decipher any transmissions to or from the servers running the Service.
4. Intellectual Property Rights of Boys Love Cafe Hub
4.1 Service Content
All content available on the Service, excluding User Content, including the Service’s original content, features, and functionality (such as text, graphics, logos, images, as well as the compilation thereof), are the property of Boys Love Cafe Hub or its licensors and are protected by copyright and intellectual property laws.
4.2 Trademarks
The Boys Love Cafe Hub name, logo, and all related names, logos, product and service names, designs, and slogans are trademarks of Boys Love Cafe Hub or its affiliates or licensors. You must not use such marks without the prior written permission of Boys Love Cafe Hub.
5. Violation of Terms and Termination
We reserve the right to immediately suspend or terminate your account and access to the Service, without prior notice or liability, for any reason whatsoever, including without limitation if you breach the Terms.
If you wish to terminate your account, you may simply discontinue using the Service or contact us to request deletion. All provisions of the Terms which by their nature should survive termination shall survive termination, including, without limitation, ownership provisions, warranty disclaimers, indemnity, and limitations of liability.

The Service is provided on an “AS IS” and “AS AVAILABLE” basis. 8. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution
These Terms shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in Mandaluyong City, Philippines.
9. Changes to Terms
We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to modify or replace these Terms at any time. If a revision is material, we will try to provide at least 30 days’ notice prior to any new terms taking effect. What constitutes a material change will be determined at our sole discretion. By continuing to access or use our Service after those revisions become effective, you agree to be bound by the revised terms.
